Terms of sale for advertising in the online platform: PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk.

Prices, ad formats and material requirements are stated in the fact sheet, which is attached to the order confirmation. Articles and other material produced by PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk are submitted for proof of approval before being published on the website PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk

Company portraits and special articles concerning the advertiser are produced by PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk based on material received from the advertiser.

We reserve the right to:

• To reject material that does not meet our specifications.
• To reject material that may be offensive or discriminatory.
• To reject material that, in PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk's sole discretion, is in violation of any law, ethical regulations or which may harm PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk's reputation.
• Material that can be mistaken for editorial content is applied to the text "ADVERT" in the upper right corner.

Change of scheduled advertising:

Ads cannot be canceled after order deadline and are due for full payment, even in cases where PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk has not received material for insertion.

Payment terms:

8 days net after release. Due date of payment will be stated on invoice. If late payment is made, a reminder fee of dkk 100, - will be issued for each reminder sent. After the 3rd reminder, the claimant is sent to debt collection. In case of late payment, interest is calculated at 2% per annum. commenced month.

In general:

PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk disclaims any responsibility for copyrighted material, such as images, text, and others protected by either copyright, and property rights. As an advertiser, you are responsible for complying with the Danish law on the use of copyrighted material. Any claim PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk should be met with, based on advertising, will be raised against the advertiser, so PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk will be kept indemnified.

Ads placed in PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk are produced based on the material provided from the advertiser. All other content belongs to PROMOTIONCREATOR.dk according to the Danish copyright law.

Any dispute relating to our terms and conditions shall be settled under Danish law, with the City Court of Viborg as venue.
